The Dubai Frame is an observatory, museum and monument in Zabeel Park, Dubai. It holds the record for the largest frame in the world. The building has a height of 150.24 meters and a width of 95.53 meters.

- Tip: Sunsets offer the best views at the Dubai Frame, so make sure to check the sunset timings before your visit!
- Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry.
- Large bags and strollers must be kept at GATE 4 Counter.
- Differently-abled people can enter for free.
- It is recommended to wear respectful clothing like long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, or a scarf to cover shoulders.
- The meal voucher is not applicable for children aged 3 and below.
- Guests may expect long queues and waiting time, especially during peak seasons.

- Download the Headout app on iOS or Android
- Open the app, go to the account page
- Click on the account icon located in the app’s navigation bar
- Use the email address associated with your booking to log in to your account.
- On the account page, go to the audio guide option and click on the audio guide.
- Download your guide. That’s it! .
Policies
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable.
Child Policy: Children 3 years and under are free. A junior ticket is available for children under 1.3m in height.
Dress Code: Comfortable clothing is recommended.
FAQs
You can drive (approx. 1.5 hours) or book a separate bus tour or private transfer. This ticket does not include transfers from Dubai.
Yes, the general admission ticket includes all rides and attractions, except for the advanced driving simulators which require a separate booking and fee.
